The problem we're fixing

Running a household shouldn't eat your week.

If you've ever realized you're out of paper towels at 11pm — or made an emergency Target run because somebody used the last K-cup — this is for you.

1

The Sunday inventory shuffle

An hour every weekend walking the house counting what's running out, comparing prices across three apps, queuing four delivery windows.

2

The 11pm scramble

Out of trash bags. Out of dish pods. Out of coffee. The store closes in 9 minutes. Surge pricing on the app.

3

The five-app tax

Amazon for paper, Instacart for cleaning, Target for diapers, Whole Foods for snacks, the corner store for the brand you actually want. Five orders. Five fees. Five delivery windows.

What Plenu does

One subscription. Your household, on a rhythm.

Plenu replaces the five-app shuffle with a single monthly delivery of household essentials. You tell us what your household runs through. We deliver it before you notice it's gone.

Always on time Tailored to your family Remembers your rhythm
How it works

Four steps. One weekend to set up. Then it runs.

Plenu is a utility — once it's set up, it just shows up. No app to manage, no reorder prompts, no surprise fees.

1

Quick household scan

Tell us your household size and a few brand preferences. Takes about 6 minutes.

2

We build your list

We map your essentials to a delivery rhythm — every two weeks, monthly, by category.

3

Confirm the first run

You review and tweak. Skip a delivery any time. Pause the whole subscription with one tap.

4

Your shelves stay stocked

It just runs. We adjust as your household changes. You don't think about paper towels again.

The shift

Your household, on a rhythm.

Most households shop the way they breathe — reactively, in bursts, when something runs out. Plenu replaces reactive with rhythmic.

What Plenu isn't: we don't deliver groceries, fresh or frozen food, pharmacy, pet food, baby formula, or beverages. We're a household-essentials utility — the non-perishable consumables your home runs through every month. Cleaning supplies and personal care expand first; new categories announced as we add them.
Founding members

First 300 households. Locked-in rates. While you're subscribed.

Why we built Plenu

We started with one question. Why does running a home — the boring, repeatable half — take as much mental space as the work that actually pays the bills?

The answer was that nobody had built household essentials as a utility yet. There are five apps to track what you're running out of. Five fees. Five delivery windows. Surge pricing on the day the paper towels run out. Everybody who runs a home knows this, and most of us have accepted it.

Plenu is built to replace the entire reorder loop. One subscription. One delivery date. Real brands sized to your household. The boring half of running a home, made boring on purpose — so you can stop noticing it.

We're starting in Nashville because we live here. We're starting with 300 Founding Members because that's the right size to listen carefully and adjust. If you sign up before the cohort closes, your founding rate stays with you for as long as you stay subscribed.

Built in Nashville. Made for households.

Quick questions

Things people ask before signing up.

When am I charged?
Never at signup. We save your card on file today. During onboarding (a short survey after you reserve your spot), you pick your tier and answer a few household questions. We charge your card only when your first box actually ships — never before. Cancel before launch and your card is never charged.
Is the founding-member rate really locked forever?
Yes — your founding rate stays locked for as long as your subscription stays active. If you pause or cancel and resubscribe later, you'll move to whatever the current rate is at that time. We treat the founding rate as a promise to the customers who showed up first.
What's actually in the box?
Four categories of household essentials at launch — Kitchen · Bath · Cleaning · Paper. Real brands you'd actually buy, sized to your household tier:

Kitchen: paper towels · dish soap · sponges · scrub pads · trash bags · cleaning wipes
Bath: toilet paper · bar soap · body wash · toothpaste · floss · mouthwash
Cleaning: all-purpose cleaner · glass cleaner · dishwasher detergent · laundry detergent · fabric softener · stain remover · bleach · disinfecting wipes · rubber gloves · scrub brushes · mop refills · vacuum bags
Paper: facial tissue · napkins · paper plates · paper cups

The Day 15 survey (one question, takes 10 seconds) is how we adjust your next box. We're starting focused so we get the rhythm right — additional categories announced as we scale.
Do you deliver groceries, baby, or pet supplies?
No. Plenu is a household-essentials utility — non-perishable consumables your home runs through every month in our four core categories. We don't do groceries, fresh, frozen, pharmacy, pet supplies, baby products, beverages, or office supplies. Our scope is intentional: we replace the boring half of running a home, not the whole pantry. We may expand to additional categories as we scale.
What if I want to cancel?
Reply to any Plenu email. Cancellation processes inside 24 hours. No phone tree, no retention dance. No fee.
What if I want to skip a delivery?
Tap once in the app. We skip that delivery and you're not charged for it. Subscription continues normally next cycle.
What happens when 300 households sign up?
When we hit 300 Founding Members — or December 31, 2026, whichever comes first — Founding Member pricing closes. New signups after that move to standard pricing. The 300 already enrolled keep their founding rate for as long as their subscription stays active. Pause or cancel and resubscribe later, you move to the current rate at that time. Founding Member status — first access to next-cohort openings, first to know when we expand — stays with you as long as you stay subscribed.
How does the college program work?
Verified students at Tennessee colleges get the college rate: Solo $24, Plus $37, Family $54, XL $72 monthly. Sign up with your .edu email at signup — we verify your enrollment. Once a year, we ask you to re-verify. If you re-verify your student status, your college rate continues for another year. If you don't re-verify (e.g., you graduate), your subscription rolls to standard pricing at your tier. See the college page for full details.
Why Nashville first?
We're based in Tennessee. Starting with a small Nashville cohort lets us run delivery and the rhythm-adjustment system tight before expanding. Outside-Nashville waitlist opens after launch.
When does the first box ship?
August 2026. Nashville only at launch. Charlotte, Memphis, Atlanta, and Orlando follow in Year 2.
Why "Plenu"?
Say it "PLEE-noo." It's a coined word — not in any dictionary. We made it ours so it can mean exactly one thing: the brand that handles the boring half of running a home, every month, without you noticing.
