PLENU Accessibility Statement
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
PLENU is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to learn about PLENU and join our waitlist regardless of ability. We are working to ensure our pre-launch landing page at plenu.online provides a welcoming and usable experience for all visitors.
This Accessibility Statement applies to our pre-launch landing page only. When PLENU's full subscription service launches (target: August 1, 2026), this Statement will be replaced by our complete Accessibility Statement covering our full website and subscription service.
2. Accessibility Standard
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
We use "strive to conform" because accessibility is an ongoing effort. While we work toward full conformance, some content may not yet fully meet every guideline. We are continually improving.
3. Measures We Take
To support accessibility on our landing page, we work to:
- Provide text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images
- Use sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements (such as the waitlist signup form)
- Use clear, readable fonts and logical page structure with proper headings
- Label form fields clearly so they work with assistive technologies like screen readers
- Design for compatibility with current browsers and assistive technologies
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of our landing page may not yet be fully accessible. Accessibility can also be affected by third-party tools we use (such as our website hosting platform and analytics providers) that are outside our direct control. We are committed to addressing accessibility barriers as we identify them.
If you encounter any difficulty using our landing page, please let us know (see Section 6) — we want to help and to improve.
5. Alternative Ways to Reach Us
If any part of our landing page is not accessible to you, or you need information in a different format, we are happy to help by an alternative method. For example, if you cannot complete the waitlist signup form, you may email us and we will assist you in joining the waitlist or provide the information you need in another way.
6. Feedback and Requests for Assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our landing page. If you experience an accessibility barrier, need assistance, or want to request information in an alternative format, please contact us:
- Email: support@plenu.online (please put "Accessibility" in the subject line)
- Mail: HomeFill LLC dba PLENU, Attn: Accessibility, 2141 Century Farms Pkwy, Ste 1013-113, Nashville, TN 37013
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days. When you contact us, please describe the issue and the page or feature involved so we can assist you effectively.
7. Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time task. As we prepare for PLENU's full launch, we will continue to review and improve the accessibility of our website. We will update this Statement as our website evolves and our accessibility practices mature.
When PLENU launches its full subscription service (target: August 1, 2026), this Statement will be replaced by our complete Accessibility Statement.
